Breakfast on Tiffany Hill each morning is a celebration.  Included with your stay is a three course gourmet plated breakfast;  fruit, main course and dessert.  Yes, our breakfast experience ends on a sweet note each day.  Why save all the fun for dinnertime?  Here is a pictorial sampling of our culinary delights.  As a guest on Tiffany Hill, we want to please your palate so let us know in advance if you require special food preparation due to medical reasons.  We are also happy to provide vegetarian breakfast upon request.


Breakfast at Tiffany Hill: Experience The Dream

Breakfast at Tiffany Hill features many of our guest favorite recipes along with a collection of photos of Tiffany Hill.  Copies are available in our Gift Shop and we ship throughout the United States. 

Signature Pineapple Pudding:

1 stick butter
3 eggs
dash of salt
1 cup sugar
½ cup milk
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
8 slices of white bread (crust removed and cubed)

Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter and let cool. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Next, add sugar, milk and salt, and then add the pineapple and butter. Add cubed bread and mix until well coated. Pour mixture into a 1 ½ quart casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
